Annually, we appoint a Treasurer and a Secretary at the Board’s first meeting following elections. Since these are not elected positions, we often select non-board members from the community.

The Treasurer manages our operation and reserve accounts and acts as a liaison between the Board and our management, accounting, and legal firms.

The Secretary attends all meetings and is responsible for keeping accurate minutes of the Board meetings.
